We ship all live fish by UPS overnight at a special flat rate of 39.99 per order. This promotional rate may change at any time.
We currently ship within the lower forty eight United States. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or internationally at this time. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.
Live fish ship on our regular shipping days to avoid weekend delays. Orders that are ready and cleared can go on the next scheduled day. Holidays, severe weather, and fish health may shift the schedule.
Every order is packed for safe travel with pure oxygen, sturdy bags, insulation, and heat or cold packs as needed.
If temperatures or storms could put your fish at risk we will hold the order and notify you. You can request Hold for Pickup at a UPS Customer Center to keep fish indoors until you arrive.
You will receive tracking by email when the label is created. Please plan to receive the box on the first delivery attempt. If no one is home, consider Hold for Pickup. Carrier delays and missed deliveries increase risk to the fish.
Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
Your purchase is protected by our Live Arrival Guarantee. If there is an issue on arrival, follow the steps in our DOA policy exactly. The DOA policy explains what to send us, the time window for reporting, and how credits or replacements work.
Orders cannot be changed once placed. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately. Cancellations may not be possible once the fish are prepared for shipment.
